Cyberpunk 2077 Free Mod Adds Another Potential Home For V

This new mod for Cyberpunk 2077 adds a very Red Dead Redemption 2-esque home for V to live in (if you can even technically call it a home, that is).

Cyberpunk 2077 features several apartments for V to own (or otherwise steal), from a small but homely apartment in Little China, all the way up to the Corpo Plaza Apartment in Night City’s City Centre.

It seems CD Projekt RED didn’t cater to every taste however, as there are dozens (if not hundreds) of housing mods for players to choose from over on Nexus Mods.

Today’s new home mod is a little different though, because I’m not even sure you can actually say it’s a home. It’s more of a camping space, I guess?

Outdoor V Canyon is a new mod from Nexus Mods user Kaoziun, which allows you to live out the Nomad V lifestyle of your dreams by being homeless.

Alright, well, that’s actually kind of underselling it, because I think Kaoziun’s mod looks absolutely incredible.

The Outdoor V Canyon mod allows V to sleep in a cute little cave-like recess that can be found in the base version of Cyberpunk 2077, but modded so that it gives you access to all of your usual home comforts (and a huge cliff you can dive off of, if you feel so inclined).

That being said, actually locating the new home is a bit of a trial in itself, so I highly suggest that you take a browse through the mod page’s photo gallery if you want some detailed instructions to find it (and, subsequently, parkour your way up to it).

That’s not all that the mod comes with, though.

I think Kaoziun would consider it a bit of a spoiler for me to detail exactly what the easter egg contains, but there is a secret location within the secret location that you can access.

To find it, they state that you’ll find the hidden location “through an interaction” that will lead you to some kind of amphibian.

As Kaoziun explains, “if you see a toad you are on the right path”.

I have no idea what exactly they mean by that, but after seeing images of the secret location for myself, I can only assume that you may indeed have to lick said toad to access it.

Honestly, kinda tempted to download this one just to see the frog interaction.
