Indeed, the Spanish website Masgamers has stated that a Japanese insider has provided information on the subject. According to this source, Konami is preparing a trailer for Silent Hill 1 Remake for the ceremony organized by Geoff Keighley on December 12.
However, caution is advised. The identity of the supposed insider has not been revealed, and development of the game only really began this year.
