The latest collaboration between Nintendo and Koei Tecmo, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, officially launched on November 5, 2025. Set hundreds of years before the events of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Age of Imprisonmentchronicles Princess Zelda’s time in Hyrule’s distant past as she, King Rauru, the sage Mineru, and many others fight against the emerging threat of Ganondorf and his monstrous army.
