THQ’s Biomutant garnered a cult following over the years, and despite mixed reviews, it sold millions of copies. While there’s no word on a sequel, those who missed out on the original can grab a great deal right now.
Biomutant is just $9.99 in November’s PS Store deal
Biomutant can be yours for just $9.99 if you purchase it before November 22. The game is cross-buy, so purchasing the PS4 version will grant you access to the PS5 upgrade for free.
The PS5 update offers the following:
- 30 frames per second at 4K resolution
- 40+ frames per second (averaging 50-60 FPS) at up to 4K resolution
- 60 frames per second locked at 1440p
- Fast loading
- Support for DualSense features
Biomutant has players stepping into the shoes of a mammalian warrior tasked with either saving a world that’s in ruins or leading it to further darkness. Players’ actions and decisions impact how the story unfolds.
Biomutant is officially described as “a post-apocalyptic Kung-Fu fable RPG with a unique martial arts styled combat system allowing you to mix melee, shooting, and mutant ability action.”
PS Plus Premium users can stream the game.
Biomutant did not receive any story DLC or expansions.
