It should come as no surprise that NVIDIA is preparing a new series of graphics cards that will be released in the not-too-distant future. In fact, insider Red Gaming Tech has mentioned these currently hypothetical RTX 60 cards.
According to him, the American company plans to release the RTX 6090 in the first quarter of 2027. This launch date should be taken with a grain of salt however, as a delay seems more likely than ever.
Remember that NVIDIA is expected to release its RTX 50 Super series in the third quarter of 2026, but those could have been delayed (or even canceled) due to a shortage of GDDR7 memory. As a result, the RTX 6090 could in turn be postponed to a later launch window.
