While From Software may be turning some of its heads toward The Duskbloods, the whole team isn’t done with Elden Ring Nightreign yet, as the Japanese developer is working on DLC for the rougelike/souls-like thatβs apparently slated to launch by the end of March 2026.
According to a second-quarter earnings report, parent company Kadokawa revealed that Elden Ring Nightreign “performed well beyond initial expectations.” The goal for the Japanese publishing conglomerate is for Elden Ring, Elden Ring Nightreign, and its DLC to reach “further sales growth.” To achieve this, the company said From Software has “multiple game titles in the development pipeline, both for consoles and mobile platforms.”
“From Software is currently developing Elden Ring Nightreign DLC (planned for release in FY2025), Elden Ring Tarnished Edition (planned for release in 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2), and The Duskbloods (planned for release in 2026),” Kadokawa said in the report, which was released on November 6. “A mobile game for [the supernatural mystery monga] Oshi no Ko is under development (distribution is planned to begin in 2026).”
