Thereโs little known about Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra beyond the impressive cutscenes revealed, showing detailed facial animations and character model design for its key characters, and showing that this game is more of a cinematic movie experience inspired by the likes of Uncharted. But those are cutscenes, itโs been roughly 4 years since the project was announced as we have not been shown actual gameplay of the game. The last real showing of Rise of Hydra was during the state of Unreal presentation showcasing the gameโs cutscene, focusing more on Unreal Engine 5โs capabilities. You can watch it below.

It’s always disappointing to hear about delays, but it’s great that the developers are taking the time to ensure the game meets expectations. Looking forward to seeing what they create when it finally releases in 2026!
I completely agree! It’s definitely frustrating, but it shows that the developers are committed to delivering a polished experience. With the 1943 setting, Iโm curious to see how theyโll incorporate historical elements into the gameplay.
It’s great to see that commitment, but I wonder how this delay might allow for more polished gameplay and story elements. Hopefully, it will lead to an even more immersive experience when it finally releases!
