Sega has announced that its popular 2023 PS5 game will be delisted as it leaves PS Plus later in November 2025. We already knew that Football Manager 2024 is among the titles leaving Extra and Premium this month, but Sega has only just announced that the game is being permanently delisted from all storefronts in phases.
Sega PS5 game Football Manager 2024 being delisted due to expiring licenses
Football Manager 2024 will leave both the PS Store and PS Plus at the same time on November 18. The PC version will be removed today, followed by Xbox and Game Pass on the 16th. Nintendo Switch will be spared until next month, losing Football Manager 2024 on December 5.
Sega blames “end dates on license agreements” for the removal. However, it’s unclear why this announcement has been made at the last minute. Football Manager 2024’s removal from PS Plus was announced a while back, so this update could have been provided then.
The good news is that Football Manager 2024 will remain playable, and all those who’ve purchased a copy can continue playing. However, PS Plus users who are on the fence about making a purchase should probably mop up those trophies while they still have time.
