Ziggurat Interactive announced Bloodrayne: Definitive Collection, a collection that includes PS5 versions of all three games in the series. It will also receive a physical version that will launch alongside its digital release.
What is the Bloodrayne: Definitive Collection?
Bloodrayne: Definitive Collection is a collection that includes Bloodrayne: Revamped, Bloodrayne 2: Revamped, and Bloodrayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites. The first two games are remastered versions of the PS2 games that feature improved graphics, cinematics, and atmospheric effects, all displayed in high definition. It also features Laura Bailey as the voice of the protagonist Rayne in all three games.

For those unaware of what Bloodrayne is about, here is a description of the first game:
“At the dawn of World War II, Rayne has been recruited as an agent for The Brimstone Society – a top secret fraternity that hunts down and destroys supernatural threats to humanity. Rayne embarks on two missions, five years apart, which turn out to be connected by one sinister man who has been searching the world for powerful occult relics to bring about a new age of domination for the Third Reich.”
There will be a limited physical edition of Bloodrayne: Definitive Collection that will be available to preorder. However, Ziggurat Interactive and Strictly Limited Games, the company publishing the physical edition, have yet to announce a preorder date. They did confirm that the physical version would ship globally and is currently slated to launch alongside the digital edition.
A release date for Bloodrayne: Definitive Collection on PS5 has not yet been announced.
Bloodrayne and Bloodrayne 2 were originally released for the PS2 in 2002 and 2004 respectively. Although they weren’t the highest-rated games, they had a fairly dedicated audience and were popular enough to warrant a film adaptation, which was released in 2005. Bloodrayne Betrayal was released nearly a decade after the first but received mixed reviews.
