Today, October 21, 2025, Painkiller makes its big comeback on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The FPS developed by Anshar Studios is now available.
The launch is accompanied by one final trailer featuring additional gameplay footage. Note that the Season Pass is available for $19.99. It will give access to 12 outfits and 18 weapon skins across 3 DLCs that will be released until early 2026.
