The FPS issues with persona 3 Reload will be fixed after launch

About a year and a half after its initial launch, Persona 3 Reload is coming to Switch 2 on October 23. The remake of Atlus’ famous JRPG currently has a demo available on Nintendo’s console.

This port will run at 30 frames per second, but the trial version experiences slowdowns. In an interview with Nintendo Life, Yoshihiro Komori, the director of the Switch 2 version, discussed these technical issues. An update will fix them after release.

“We are currently taking steps to improve this. Since careful QA is required, it was difficult to address this in time for the main gameโ€™s release but will be in future patches.”

While Persona 3 Reload will feature the same content on Switch 2, we can expect the technical aspects to be inferior to that of the other platforms.
