The first draft for the Sleeping Dogs movie’s screenplay has been completed

After being long discussed but never coming to life, the feature film adaptation of the video game Sleeping Dogs finally seems to be moving forward. We know that Simu Liu, known for his role as Shang-Chi in the MCU, is involved in the project.

In fact, it was the Canadian actor himself who brought us news of the film. He revealed on X that a first draft of the script has been finalized. We still don’t know when the film will officially go into production.
