The time has come to get a glimpse of a relatively ambitious new project. One HP Studio has announced a game called Protocol: Terminate, which is expected to be released in the fourth quarter of 2026 on PC.
It’s a cooperative horror FPS in which your squad must survive against an AI that can adapt to your actions. It will relentlessly hunt down players and won’t hesitate to set deadly traps. The four participants must work together to infiltrate, hack systems, and escape.
Add to that the fact that weapons will be fully customizable using modules, sights, and other accessories.
This sounds like an intriguing project! The blend of co-op gameplay and horror elements could lead to some exciting experiences. Looking forward to seeing how it develops!
