Grand Theft Auto 6 is still seven months away from release, but there are already rumors that Rockstar Games has recruited Drake and DJ Khaled to lend their songs to the game and potentially have their own in-game radio stations as well. Now, rapper Skrilla says that his viral hit “Doot Doot (6 7)” is also going to be in GTA 6.
Skrilla made the claim during his recent appearance on Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast. “I’m waiting for GTA 6 to come out… ‘6 7’ is on there, too,” said Skrilla. He later added, “I’m going to be my own person on there, playing my own music.”
The Grand Theft Auto games have traditionally had large soundtracks and multiple radio stations. Grand Theft Auto 5 alone had 22 radio stations, including a few hosted by music artists. That game was also likely the final appearance for DJ Lazlow, who was voiced by Lazlow Jones in every game from Grand Theft Auto 3 through 5. Jones quit Rockstar in 2020 and recently cast doubt on any chance of returning.
