A 2025 PS5, PS4 action game is being delisted from console stores, including the PS Store, its publisher has announced. For reasons not revealed, JanduSoft is pulling action platformer Basureroes: Invasion from PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo on December 5. The PC version seems to have been spared.

PS5, PS4 game Basureroes: Invasion being delisted despite positive reception

Basureroes: Invasion’s delisting on consoles is a tad confusing. Developed by Javs Game Studios, it’s a 2D retro platformer that released in January 2025 to a positive reception. While we don’t expect it to have sold millions of copies on consoles, critic reviews and player response across all platforms suggest that it’s an enjoyable game.

We don’t think there is a disagreement between the developer and publisher either, since Basureroes: Invasion will remain available on PC.

As for those who have already purchased the game, fret not, you’ll still be able to play it. PS5 and PS4 players who want to own a copy can buy it for $12.49 from the PS Store. The game isn’t discounted at present, and there’s no guarantee that it will go on sale before being delisted.

“Basureroes: Invasion is a 2D platform game with retro aesthetics in which a group of heroes with different abilities must save the world from an alien invasion,” reads an official overview. “Run, jump, and fight your way through twenty levels full of danger and epic boss fights.”
