The PlayStation Store continues to celebrate Halloween week with a new sale promotion, bringing great deals to some of the best and spookiest games the digital storefront has to offer. That includes a 2021 Game of the Year contender that was released six years after its initial reveal in 2015.
Psychonauts 2 is 80% off on the PS Store
Developed by Double Fine and published by Xbox Game Studios, Psychonauts 2 is currently 80% off on the PS Store. That brings its typical price of $59.99 down to just $11.99. PS4 and PS5 players who want to take advantage of this deal will have to act fast. The offer ends on November 6 at 2:59 a.m. ET.

When Psychonauts 2 was originally released in 2021, it was received well. According to the review aggregate site Metacritic, it received an average review score of 87 across 67 critic reviews. In our review, we gave it a 9 out of 10.

During the 2021 award season, it was nominated for numerous awards, including Game of the Year at The Game Awards. It won the Xbox Game of the Year at the Golden Joystick Awards and the Best Narrative award at the 22nd Game Developers Choice Awards.
