100% Logbook & All MIssable Scans in Metroid Prime 4

In Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, as in previous games in the Prime series, Samus collects all her scans in a Logbook. As you make your way through the game, you can check the Logbook section in the menu to see your overall progress in the form of a percentage. However, where Metroid Prime 4 is different, is in the fact that there is a secret ending you can only reach by reaching 100% completion of both items and scans.
