Square Enix was very active during this week’s Nintendo Direct. In addition to all the announcements regarding Kingdom Hearts, the Japanese company also presented FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE.
Behind this name lies the first Final Fantasy in HD-2D pixel art with a dynamic camera. Battles will be turn-based with modern gameplay.
FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE will be released on October 22, 2026, for both Switch and Switch 2.
